Waymon Jordan
Waymon S. Jordan, affectionately known as “Mister”, has been playing the piano/keyboard since the age of 11 but really started to hone his skills around the age of 18. He has been a musician for Greater Blessed Hope Baptist Church for over 25 years under the leadership and direction of his gifted father, Waymon S. Jordan Sr. Currently Waymon serves as Minister of Music for GBHBC and also as a teacher of the keyboard and organ to up and coming musicians, his daughters, Shakira, Asha, and Zoie Jordan.

Candace Boyd
Candace is a faithful and dedicated member of Greater Blessed Hope Baptist Church located in Waxhaw, NC where Rev. Waymon S. Jordan, Sr. is her Godf ather, Music Mentor, and Pastor. Candace has a passion for singing, playing the keyboard, writing songs, and ministry altogether. She currently serves as the Assistant Minister of Music, Ministerial Staff, and as the church’s Website Administrator. Candace took piano lessons at Winthrop University (formerly known as Winthrop College) in Rock Hill, SC, Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Fort Mill, SC, and from Rev. Waymon S. Jordan, Sr. where she gives most credit to for discipline and molding her to be the successful ministry gift she is today.

Tim Jordan
Timothy Jordan has spent the last 31 years as a bass guitarist, learning and perfecting his craft. With a love for music and the church, he has committed his talents to serving as a musician for Greater Blessed Hope Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Waymon Jordan, Sr. for the pass 26 years. Timothy has played as accompaniment on recordings for Marvin AME Zion Church and Gerald Robinson and Deliverance. Timothy notes his musical inspirations as the Gap Band and other full soul bands of the ‘70s and ‘80s.
